a bit about me
Hi I’m Michelle
For more than 20 years, I’ve supported creatives and entrepreneurs behind the scenes - managing finances, structures, and the pressures that come with building businesses. But while I was helping others stay on track, I began to feel my own quiet call: to live more deeply, and to lead from a softer, more grounded place.
I’ve always been sensitive to energy - not because I “just know,” but because I sense when something feels out of rhythm. When the air feels heavy. I don’t assume. I ask. I listen. And I create space for people to reconnect with themselves through breath, presence, and reflection.
From age 8 to 19, I trained as a competitive figure skater. That discipline shaped me - focus & commitment - qualities I later carried into a career in finance, working full-time at Deloitte while completing my degree at Copenhagen Business School. Eventually, I built my own business, guiding clients - especially in the music industry - with everything from taxes to structures.
Numbers gave me clarity, but my heart was always pulled toward something deeper. Alongside my finance career, I became a certified breathwork instructor, trained as a Yin Yoga teacher and Soul Mentor, and completed a spaceholder education focused on trauma awareness and meditation. I’m now completing my 200-hour yoga teacher certification.
Today, I bring all of it together. structure and softness, logic and intuition, discipline and presence. My work isn’t about fixing or achieving more. It’s about creating space for you to reconnect with yourself, and to discover what feels true beneath the roles and responsibilities you’ve been carrying.
Because true alignment isn’t about choosing between structure and softness. It’s about integrating both.
It’s not about slowing down your dreams - it’s about creating from a place that actually feels like you.
My Approach
It all begins with how you feel.
Success doesn’t have to mean constant pressure. My approach is about helping you reconnect with yourself - your energy, your values, and what actually feels right. Because when you lead from that place, things flow more naturally, and you stop feeling like you’re always pushing uphill.
PAUSE & LISTEN
Before we take action, we slow down.
I help you tune into what’s going on beneath the surface - not just what you think you should do. This is where the real clarity starts to emerge, from a place that feels more like you.
When you pause long enough to listen, the path forward becomes much clearer.
ALIGN & LEAD
We don’t just talk - we integrate. Together, we bring what you’ve uncovered into how you show up in your life, your work, and your leadership. This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about leading from your center — with breath, intention, and a strong spine.
